Stress and Release
At points of transition there is a building anxiety. Did I do everything I could have done? Will this be a success? What happens next?
The truth is that there’s really no way of knowing. You can merely come to your own peace and hope that others view your efforts as admirable. Which requires a huge amount of self confidence and external trust to feel as if you have accomplished what you set out to do.
To let that trust go astray and have someone attack or misunderstand your efforts and assume the worst... that’s how feelings damaged. How stress continues to build past the point of natural release.
Have we done the right thing here? Have we solved the equation admirably? Will we transition gracefully to the next chapter, despite the elements stacked against us. We trust you to let us know.
